Your custom book

Your purchase covers a 32-page illustrated story, a private proof, and one consolidated correction round. Printed formats include standard U.S. shipping and a digital edition. We use AI-assisted writing and illustration tools with human review. Artwork is an interpretation of your references. We create original stories rather than licensed character or celebrity books.

Approval and delivery

We aim to provide a first proof within 5 business days. Production and shipping follow your approval. Allow about 3 weeks overall for print, with extra time for revisions, late approval, busy periods, and shipping delays. The requested occasion date is not a delivery guarantee. Please contact us before ordering for a fixed deadline. We send updates and proofs to the purchaser, even when the book ships as a gift.

Corrections, cancellations and problems

Contact us promptly to cancel before creative work begins. Once custom work starts, contact us to discuss the work completed and any cancellation options. Approved print files may be impossible to change or cancel after submission to the printer. If a book arrives damaged, contains a production defect, or differs from your approved proof, contact us with your order number and photographs so we can arrange an appropriate remedy. This policy does not limit applicable consumer rights.

Your content and privacy

We collect your name, email, story details, reference photos, and—for printed orders—shipping address and phone number. We use these to create your book, process your order, provide proofs, deliver files, and arrange fulfillment. Cloudflare hosts our site and private order storage. Stripe processes payments; we do not receive or store your complete card details. Lulu receives the print files and shipping information required to fulfill printed orders. Our email provider delivers order messages. Creative service providers may process the references needed to produce your book.

Do not upload confidential documents, information you do not have permission to share, or photos you lack permission to use. For children’s photos, a parent or guardian must place or authorize the order. We do not sell your stories or publish your photos and book as marketing examples without permission. Authorized production staff can access order materials to fulfill and support your purchase.

Keeping and removing your information

We retain order materials to create your book, support corrections, and resolve order issues. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your information. We may need to retain transaction records for business and legal obligations. Download your final PDF for your own safekeeping; download links expire.

Site storage

Essential cookies keep studio sign-ins secure. The order form uses memory in your browser while you complete it. With your permission, Google Analytics measures visits, checkout starts and purchases. We send product format, order number and order value, never story details, names, email addresses or photos. Analytics stays off unless you accept it.
